So. I've gone and signed up for a half marathon.
My saving grace: it's for a great cause.
I'll be honest - I'm a guy who spends most of his day in a shed. My usual cardio is walking to the kettle and back. But here we are.
I'm running to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, and if you know anyone who's been touched by heart disease, chances are you do - you'll know why it matters. They fund the research. They support the families. They do the important work, I'm just hoping my self-induced muscle cramps can help fund them.
Here's where Copper Hearts comes in.
For every Pocket Wobbly, Copper Heart, or Harper Heart sold, between now and race day on the 4th July, 10% goes straight to the fundraiser. You order something for someone you love, and a bit of it goes somewhere that helps keep vital funding in the important places. That felt right to me.
These three pieces are all hearts, all made by hand, all personalised if you want them to be. They've always been about the people who matter to you. Seemed fitting.

Thank you!
Right. I need to go find my trainers.
